Support Manager
We are looking for a support manager to join our Israel Olive Bond (IOB) team full-time. A highly skilled team with flat hierarchies, a creative environment and a lot of fun make IOB a great place to work! If you’re passionate about helping other people, join our team.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for our operation.
- Coordinate our support team
- Create tutorials and documentation
- Report bugs to our developer team
Requirements
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, web standards and semantic web markup
Experience with Web Developer Tools
Extensive English language skills
Controller
Responsibilities
General accounting and financial reporting
Transaction processing (AP, AR, general ledger) via QuickBooks
Month-end financial statements
Bank and other account reconciliations
Manage external payroll processing service
Taxation and treasury
Cash management and banking relationships
Credit and collections
Requirements
Strong knowledge of GAAP
Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks
Minimum five years accounting/finance experience required
Excellent organizational skills; able to independently determine and manage priorities
